Bhagwad Gita is an epic scripture that has answers to all our problems. It’s an inspirational book which inspires the humans who read it. The primary purpose of Bhagwad Gita is to enlighten our lives. One can lead a peaceful life if he/she follows the lessons written in Bhagwad Gita.

Here are some lessons of Bhagwad Gita which everyone should know, not only for their own benefit but for the benefit of mankind.

1. Nothing is permanent in life

So true, change is the law of the Universe. Nothing in this universe is permanent, the earth, the seasons, the time, everything changes.

2. We came and we leave empty handed

In this materialistic world, we get so attached to the materialistic things that we forget we won’t be taking them to our grave.

3. Whatever happens, happens for good

Everything happens for a reason. It may be the bad phase of life you’re going through or any bad relationships. The good times are waiting, have faith.

4. Work without expecting the fruit

That is “karm karo, fal ki chinta na karo” , because if expectations are not met, it is going to hurt you. So keep going.

5. Soul is indestructible

The soul neither is born nor it dies. It just changes its shape and body after the death of a person.

6. Whoever comes in this world, has to go

Indeed true, a person born in this world will die one day. This is the rule of the Universe and everybody has to accept it.

7. Anger causes destruction

Whenever a person is angry, he or she takes wrong decisions, hurts others and destroys many lives. So try to stay calm and live a happy life.

8. Lust and Greed are not Good Companions

These have never done good to anyone. These will make you inhuman and you will never be satisfied with your life or whatever you have.

So, take these lessons as the lessons of your life. Stay positive and live a positive life.

Do good to others and do not expect anything in return.
